Here are the Artlite Jar images.

You described the printable area as 1.5" X 4". Not sure which size is width and which size is height. You mentioned REFLEX BLUE but I was not sure if the entire image should be in REFLEX BLUE or as the sample (with RED and BLACK added). I have doubled the size from ACTUAL to make the images more legible here. Choose which size (Vertical or Horizontal) and let me know about the colors, as well.
