Honey et al:

Here is a series of images that make up an ORGANIZATIONAL METHOD for allowing a visitor to the Tucker Day site to research and rent (or reserve) vendor space. Remember that this is NOT the final look but just the METHOD for getting through the site.

Sketch 1: We start with a satellite view of the Main Street area of Tucker....

Sketch 2:Next we OVERLAY that with a map of the same area dividing up the vendor areas in ZONES...

Sketch 3: The visitor clicks on the desired zone and is presented with a CLOSE-UP of that zone (North Zone in this example)...

Sketch 4: The visitor can then click on a cluster of vendor spaces for more info...

Sketch 5: The visitor is presented with the cluster of spaces and can see how they are identified and whether they are rented or still available.

Sketch 6: The visitor can now click on the space desired...

The visitor can now see all pertinent details for the space. A click on the "RENT / RESERVE" button will allow them to fill out a form and send an email to the Tucker Day Staff. Once the visitor has been approved (and the check has cleared) the Staff will send me an email and the web site will be updated to reflect that the selected space is no longer available.
